We're expecting our strollers to arrive today... this is very exciting. I think I found the coolest and most practical stroller there is... I guess we'll find out pretty soon!
For Christmas I sewed an apron for my niece. It was really fun to be sewing again! I didn't use any pattern for this project instead just made it up as the project started looking more and more like a little girl's apron! I attached a little fabric rose to the left chest to spice up the look a little.
My husband builds mod era style mobiles and for our baby he made a special one. I love it and so does our baby! It is simple colors (birch wood and metal) but the natural light from our skylights help to create amazing shadow patterns to the ceiling and the effects are really fun to watch!
On Saturday we started out spring cleaning. Not only is our house clean but so is our car! Few weeks ago we painted our kitchen. The wall paint color we chose is called olive green. Our kitchen is my new favourite room! On Saturday we purchased a new stove and dishwasher to replace the broken one. They should arrive in a week! Very exciting!
Again Halloween was celebrated at the Haycock Ranch. 54 friends joined us in our celebration. House was haunted. The painting watched and followed every move the guests made. The punch had a spell… Crows had taken over the house and one scare crow tried to scare them away but one stayed. Some one dig up an old coffin and the poor dead soul wanted to get out. Visitors screamed, cats jumped…
